Initial Consultation
During this consultation, the doctor will take a brief medical history and discuss your goals and aims from the NoMAD Lifestyle Plan. The doctor will also do a comprehensive blood screen to assess your current health.
Follow Up Consultation
Following your initial consultation, you will then receive a report detailing your pathology results and also description of your plan. Your doctor will be able to answer any questions you have about the report or the plan itself. Your doctor will also give you a package of electrolytes which you will be able to take home and take during your plan.
Weekly Nutraceutical Vitamin Drips (minimum 4)
Once you have familiarised yourself with your plan you will decide on your day 1 (start of the plan). Every 7 days from then you will have a iVitamin drip.
During these drips your doctor will also check your blood pressure, pulse and weight. You can also provide feedback, ask any questions and discuss your progress with your clinician.
The drips include:
- Vitamins: Vit C, Vit B12, Vit B complex (B1,B2,B3,B5,B6)
- Minerals: Magnesium, Calcium, Selenium, Zinc
- Amino Acids: Arginine, Glutamine, Lysine, Taurine
- Antioxidant: Glutathione
- NADH: This infusion is a precursor to the release of ATP , (our innate energy) from the mitochondria; the smallest cell in the body. This will optimize cellular respiration and cellular regeneration.
During your final drip, your doctor will discuss your following two week plan.
Following Your Final Two Weeks
Following your final two weeks, your doctor will do a repeat blood test. At this stage, they will also test your hormone level.
Final consultation
Your final consultation will be a review of your entire plan. You will look back at the weekly checks and assess the changes to your overall health.
