Michael is a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for integrating mindfulness and meditation into psychological therapy.

He received his first degree from the University of Cambridge, followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from UCL.

Around 10 years ago, Michael began to experience the profound benefits of mindfulness and meditation. Since then, he has honed an approach to therapy that brings together mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion to help you live the life you want.

Outside of his therapy work, Michael is an Associate Clinical Tutor on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at UCL, and has written two self-help books on using mindfulness to treat anxiety and depression, respectively.
